Lorraine Harris

Managing Director

Lorraine has been a landlord since 2008, and loves working with people. Originally from Leicester, she lived in France for 25 years and owned a motorcycle business there. Lorraine’s now back home in her native city and loving it.
“Leicester has become such an amazing multi-cultural place, I love the interaction of different cultures and traditions, and having travelled extensively myself, really enjoy welcoming newcomers to our city and helping them find a home.”

Reuben Lawman

Managing Director

Reuben has been a builder since the mid-90s and has worked with Lorraine since 2007. He brings with him a wealth of knowledge, expertise and experience and ensures our houses remain safe, compliant and well-maintained.
“I believe my building skills are my best asset and stand me in good stead for managing our friendly repair and maintenance team. Tenants should be able to report problems easily and have them attended to promptly. We have set response times for all repairs and maintenance and I make sure that they’re met.”

Home Manager

Cherish goes out of her way to help. Her role is to make sure you’re happy in your shared house and if you have any concerns at all then Cherish is the person to contact.
“I really enjoy being out and about, meeting and helping tenants and solving any problems they have. I also love being part of such a great dynamic team where we all focus on the same goals: happy tenants and well-maintained houses.”

Accounts Manager

Wendy loves numbers and has a great eye for detail. She has been involved in property management and accounts all her working life and still enjoys it thoroughly. Wendy lived both in South Africa and Australia for many years - which explains her charming accent.
“I like order, I like detail and I like things to be right. I’m happy with my spreadsheets, crunching data, managing cashflow. Of course I’m happier still when all the rents come in on time”
